How we use it

To run Partytown features and save your party plans.
To send helpful notifications you opt into (no spam confetti).
To fix bugs, improve performance, and ship new delights.
To meet legal, security, and anti‑fraud requirements.

When we share

We don’t sell your data. We share only with trusted vendors who help us operate Partytown (hosting, analytics, payments, email). They must protect your info and only use it for our services. We may also share when the law requires it.

Your choices

Access, update, or delete your data in your account settings.
Turn marketing emails on/off anytime using unsubscribe links.
Control cookies in your browser; essential cookies keep the app working.

Data retention

We keep your info only as long as needed for your account and our legal obligations. Delete your account to start the cleanup; some records may remain where the law says so.

Security

We use industry‑standard safeguards to protect your data. No system is perfect, so if you spot anything suspicious, please tell us right away.

Kids

Partytown isn’t designed for children under 13. If we learn we’ve collected such data, we’ll delete it.
