You can cancel anytime in settings. Cancelling stops future charges. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non‑refundable, but if something goes sideways, reach out—we’ll do our best to help.
Partytown, our features, and our brand are protected by intellectual property laws. Please don’t copy, modify, or use our brand without permission.
We integrate with trusted vendors (like hosting, payments, and email). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use their features.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk. You can export your data and close your account anytime.
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep Partytown joyful and reliable, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partytown and its team aren’t liable for lost profits, revenues, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll let you know. Continuing to use Partytown after updates means you accept the new terms.
